Tasting notes
12°C. Golden yellow color, intense bouquet of honey, exotic fruits, with by subtle of woody and vanilla notes. The palate is mild, with a beautiful aromatic structure, and a nice persistence in mouth, our Bourgogne blanc is a dry wine.

Pairing suggestions
As an aperitif, and for starters based on fish, or seafood. During the meal, it accompanies fish, poultry in sauce, it will go well with all hard cheeses, and finally on some desserts such as lemon pie or fruits charlotte
