Tasting notes

With a deep purple colour, Saint-Amour combines elegance and finesse.
A very fruity wine, it will gain in power with time. Its aromas evoke Kirsch, spices and reseda.

Pairing suggestions
As an aperitif, for barbecues, for all white meat starters, but also for roast poultry. Finally, it goes very well with goat’s cheese and some red fruit or chocolate desserts.
