Located south of the Saint-Véran cru, near the Mâconnais.
Origin
From several trellised plots, arcure-pruned.
Winemaking
Machine-harvested, direct pressing.
Maturing
12 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Clear golden-yellow colour, with an intense bouquet of honey and exotic fruit, accompanied by subtle oaky and vanilla notes. The palate is smooth, with a lovely aromatic structure and good length; our Bourgogne Blanc is a dry wine.
Food pairing
As an aperitif and with fish or seafood starters (queen scallops and king scallops…). During the meal, it pairs well with fish, poultry in sauce, quenelles and vol-au-vents; it goes with all hard cheeses (Comté, Gruyère…) and finally with some desserts such as fruit or chocolate cakes.
