Tasting notes

A beautiful purple colour, with aromas of violet and red fruit. On the palate it is structured, fleshy and generous, typical of the Morgon cru, which gave rise to the expression “Morgonner”.

Food pairing

Roast game, poultry and red meats. With age, it pairs very well with soft cheeses (Époisses, Brillat-Savarin).
